NOTES

• If you find yourself stuck in love with no way to get out, you can press U to undo moves until you are free, or press M in any level to jump back to its corresponding overworld map.
• All puzzles with step counters are verified solvable, so good luck and have fun! :)
• If you'd like to challenge yourself, I've posted my best move scores for each level in a section below. If you post a comment on my Game Jam submission page with a sequence of moves that beats the current best, I'll add you to the leaderboard! (I'll also replace my entries with the first person that matches them).
• Any comments or votes are greatly appreciated. If you do comment and feel so inclined, I'd love to hear what your favourite level was, and which you found the most challenging.

FEATURES

• A Sokoban-inspired puzzle game with an attractive twist.
• Multiple different worlds each exploring their own unique mechanic.
• Infinite undo system - press U one or more times to back out of any mistake or bad situation, even across level transitions.
• No game engines were harmed in the making of this game; just HTML, CSS and Javascript.
• Built from scratch in 48 hours for the GMTK Game Jam 2021 under prompt "Joined Together".
• Made by a team of one in Australia, with music by Stellardrone and fonts by Chequered Ink.

CONTROLS

If you're having issues with keyboard commands not working, try clicking on the gameplay area - the game needs your browser's focus to register keyboard inputs.

• WASD - Movement (can also use arrow keys but it is janky when embedded in a scrollable webpage)
• U - Undo move / level transition
• R - Restart level
• M - Jump to overworld
• < / > - Skip forward/back between levels/overworld maps if required
• ? - Opens/closes the help menu

BEST SCORES

To submit an entry, comment on the Game Jam submission page with a sequence of L, D, U, R movements for a valid solution (eg. the opening level has solution "RRRUUUU").
